The On-Demand Work Folders Feature Is Required for the Installation of Office 365 from Workplace.
Organizations That Wish to Access This Feature Can Contact Their Customer Success Manager or Workplace Provider.
Before using Office 365 apps on your device, you must install them in on the device.

Install an Office 365 App on Android
- Complete the enrollment process and open Workplace under the Work Profile tab in your app drawer.
- Tap the Apps tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll and locate the application you would like to install.
The list is sorted alphabetically. - Tap the application name.
- If an application shares a native app and a website, you may see a modal asking you to select an option. Tap Mobile application.
You will be redirected to the Google Play Store in the Work Profile.
- If an application shares a native app and a website, you may see a modal asking you to select an option. Tap Mobile application.
- Tap Install to download and install the desired application.
- The desired work-managed application is now installed and is ready for use in the Work Profile.
Install an Office 365 App on iOS/iPadOS
You can only install one type of app (work or personal) on an iOS device. To install an approved app in LocalZone™, you MUST delete any pre-existing versions before proceeding.
- Complete the enrollment process and open Workplace.
- If the desired application is installed on the device, please delete it before proceeding.
- Open Venn (Workplace) for iOS.
- Tap the Apps tab.
- Scroll and locate the application you would like to install.
The list is sorted alphabetically. - Tap the application name and tap Install.
- If an application shares a native app and a website, you may see a modal asking you to select an option. Tap Mobile application and tap Install.
- If an application shares a native app and a website, you may see a modal asking you to select an option. Tap Mobile application and tap Install.
- You will be prompt to install the desired application. Tap Install when the prompt appears.
- The desired work-managed application is now installed and is ready for use.
Activating Office 365
To edit a file using an Office 365 application, you must activate Office 365.
- Open any Office (Word, Excel or PowerPoint) application on your mobile device.
- Sign into the application using the Office 365 credentials associated with your Workplace account.
- This is usually the same as your Workplace username and password, but it can be different. Contact your company manager if you have any questions.
Adding Workplace Drive File System to Your Places in Office 365
- Open any Office (Word, Excel or PowerPoint) application on your mobile device.
- Tap Open.
- Tap Add a Place.
- Select Workplace.
- Tap Allow Access.
- Repeat these steps for any other Office 365 application.
