One of the first things you will want to do is walk your users through setting up their email accounts on their devices. We can provide you with a template that you can share with each user that will include their username, your server details and all other Exchange information needed. You can always call Workplace support if you have any issues.
Set User Type
For billing purposes, a user may be email only, or have full access to all Workplace apps. You can go to Users, filter by their name, click Edit, and change that setting under User type.
You'll also want to assign and configure SSO and SAML websites for your users. If you need help configuring SAML websites, please reach out to Workplace support.
User Account Access
The most common tasks you will perform regularly will be helping users sign into Workplace.
For instance, when a user is locked out, or needs initial sign-in approval, you can help a user in the moment by going to their user account from the Company Dashboard, and selecting Pending sessions.
Although a user can reach out to Workplace support, your timely assistance provides the best user experience, rather than having them wait while our support team contacts you for approval to make those changes.
