Enrolling a Mobile Device into Venn

Venn provides access to all your work emails, contacts, calendars, files, and websites — all within a dynamic and secure perimeter that helps you protect sensitive company and customer information.

To access your work-related data on your mobile device, you will need to enroll your device.

• Enroll an Android Device
• Enroll an iOS/iPadOS Device

Enroll an Android Device

1. On a computer, navigate to login.venn.com and Sign In with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click the icon-big-profileAccount menu then click Enroll my device. 
   
3. Click Generate the QR code. A QR code will appear on the screen.  If the QR code expires, click  Generate the QR code.
4. On the Android device, launch the camera application and scan the QR code. Tap the link that appears after the QR code is scanned.  
   

   Note: Only Google Chrome is supported.  
   If the QR code opens in another browser, please open the link in Google Chrome.

   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Work Profile. This may take a few minutes.  All required applications will be installed automatically during the enrollment process.
   
6. Once the enrollment is completed, return to the home screen and access the Work Profile.
   Note: Some devices may install a Work folder containing all installed managed applications on the home screen.  Other devices may require you to swipe up on the home screen to access the applications list and tap on Work.  All managed applications will be associated with a briefcase icon.
   
   
7. Launch Workplace in the Work Profile and sign in.  
8. Connect your device to your organization's Private Company Gateway.

Enroll an iOS/iPadOS Device

1. On a computer, navigate to login.venn.com and Sign In with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click the icon-big-profileAccount menu then click Enroll my device.   
   
3. Click Generate the QR code. A QR code will appear on the screen.  If the QR code expires, click  Generate the QR code.
4. On the iOS/iPadOS device, launch the camera application and scan the QR code.
   

   Note: Only Safari is supported.  
   If the QR code opens in another browser, please open the link in Safari.

   • iOS 14 and lower - After scanning the QR code, you will receive a push notification with a website link.  Tap the notification to open the link.
   • iOS 15 and higher - After scanning the QR code, you should see a yellow link appear below the QR code.  Tap the yellow link and tap Open in Safari .
     
5. Tap Download profile.
6. A notification will appear asking for permission to download a configuration profile.  Tap Allow.
7. A notification will appear once the profile is downloaded.  Tap Close.
   
8. If Workplace for iOS is installed: return to the home screen, and delete Workplace for iOS.
   

   Workplace for iOS MUST Be Deleted from the Device before Proceeding.

9. Tap Open settings.
10. Tap Enroll in company name.
11. Tap Enroll My iPhone.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your account and complete the enrollment.
12. You will be prompt to install Workplace automatically.  Tap Install when the prompt appears.
    
13. Launch Workplace for iOS and sign in.
    Workplace will automatically setup the network configurations for the Private Company Gateway.
