Apple released the newest versions of its Mac operating system, macOS Monterey, on October 25th, 2021.
At this time, the latest version of Workplace for Mac (v.4.0.8012) is now available and supports macOS Monterey for M1 and Intel-based Apple devices.
We also recommend updating your device to macOS 12.1.
To Check The Version of Workplace for Mac
- Open Workplace for Mac and sign in.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
- Click on Workplace in the toolbar.
- Click About Workplace.
A window will appear displaying the version of Workplace that is installed.
Updating/Installing Workplace for Mac
- Install the update:
- Install Citrix Workspace (Workplace Select and Hybrid Customers Only):
Citrix has released a new version of the Workspace application to support macOS Monterey.
- Please follow these instructions to Install Citrix that supports macOS Monterey.
