Apple's newest version of its operating system, macOS Big Sur, is was released to the public on November 12th, 2020.
At this time, Workplace for Mac (v.3.7.7758) is now available and supports macOS Big Sur on Intel-based and Apple Silicon Apple devices.
Support for Workplace for Mac on Apple silicon Macs requires macOS 11.3 or higher
To Check The Version of Workplace for Mac
- Open Workplace for Mac and sign in.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
- Click on Workplace in the toolbar.
- Click About Workplace.
A window will appear displaying the version of Workplace that is installed.
Updating/Installing Workplace for Mac
- Install the update:
- Install Citrix Workspace (Workplace Select Customers Only):
Citrix has released a new version of the Workspace application to support macOS Big Sur.
- Please follow these instructions to Install Citrix that supports macOS Big Sur.
