Apple's newest versions of its mobile device operating systems, iOS 14 and iPadOS 14, were released to the public on September 16, 2020.
At this time, Workplace is not supported for use on iOS 14 nor iPadOS 14. We recommend users to not update your devices at least until an update to Workplace is released that supports iOS 14 and iPadOS 14. The expected release date for this update is early October.
For devices which have already been upgraded, users may experience crashes or other unexpected functionality issues. No compatibility issues have been identified at this time.

As a reminder, OS33 recommends that users avoid early adoption of new operating systems for Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices as such releases often introduce unpredictable results for a variety of software, and can cause unnecessary disruptions to your firm's operations.
While we are committed to assisting devices running Workplace, at this time we cannot immediately address issues related to iOS 14 and iPadOS 14.
Thank you for being a valued Workplace customer, and please feel free to your Customer Success Manager with any other questions or concerns.
