Introduction

This compliance check verifies that this device has encryption enabled.

When a device fails this check, anyone with physical access to the internal storage would be able to view the contents such as email, files, photos, messages, or any other data.

To resolve this issue, encrypt the internal storage of the device.

Remediation Instructions

Please Verify with Your Device Manufacturer That Device Encryption Is Supported and Recommended for Your Device..

Google-branded Phones
