When working in the Secure Browser, you may notice that your browsing performance may degrade over time. Secure Browser uses Chrome as its foundation, which can use a lot of memory.
If you feel the performance of Secure Browser is degraded, you can reset the Secure Browser. This will close all active sessions and tabs and open a new session. Please remember to save your work before resetting the Secure Browser.
Reset Secure Browser via Workplace Desktop
- Open Workplace Desktop and sign-in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click on the Help icon.
- Click Reset Secure Browser.
Reset Secure Browser via Workplace Web App
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign-in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Help.
- Click Reset Secure Browser.
- Confirm by clicking Reset Secure Browser.
