Sharing a File in Workplace Desktop

The File Sharing Feature Is Required to Share Files.
Organizations That Wish to Access This Feature Can Contact Their Customer Success Manager or Workplace Provider.

With File Sharing, you can share files with clients and coworkers incredibly fast.

Sharing a File in Workplace for Windows

1. Open Workplace for Windows and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click Recently synced or search for a file.
3. Hover over a file to reveal a Share button.
4. Click the Share button.
   Workplace will redirect you to the Workplace Web App.
   
5. Choose the type of share link.
   For private links, you will be asked to specify a mobile number for your recipient.
6. Click Copy to clipboard to save the link to your local clipboard.

1. Open Workplace for Mac and sign in with valid credentials.
