If you have VDA LocalZone™ and you want to use Workplace Mobile for multi-factor authentication only, follow the instructions below.
Downloading and Installing Workplace on iOS
- Navigate to workplace.co/download on your iOS device.
- Tap AppStore under Workplace for iOS.
- You have the options to view Install Instructions and System Requirements.
- Tap Get in the App Store.
You may need to enter your Apple ID credentials to verify the download. - Tap Open to open Workplace.
- Enter your Username and Password on the sign in screen and Sign In.
- Tap Allow Notifications.
- Create a work pin and enable biometric authentication.
Workplace for iOS is now installed and ready for use.
Downloading and Installing Workplace on Android
- Navigate to workplace.co/download on your Android device.
- Tap Google Play next to Workplace for Android.
- Tap Install in the Google Play Store.
- Tap Open to open Workplace.
- Enter your Username and Password on the sign in screen and Sign In.
- Tap Got It to allow notifications.
- Create a work pin.
Workplace for Android is now installed and ready for use.
