Workplace can be accessed from a wide range of workstations, laptops, tablets, and phones. In order to make sure that our services integrate optimally and new features behave as expected, we require hardware and software that meet the following minimum system requirements.

Hardware:
The recommended hardware requirements for running Workplace on a computer are:
- 2.0 gigahertz (GHz) or faster dual-core Intel or AMD Processor (ARM processors such as Apple Silicon (ex: M1 Processors) hardware is NOT supported)
- 4GB of RAM or higher.
- A Solid State Hard Drive with at least 128GB of capacity.
- About 1GB of available storage is needed for installation.
- 512 kbps of available bandwidth.
Software:
Only One Operating System Directly Installed on a System That Meet the Hardware Requirements Is Supported.
Not Supported:
Any Virtualized Operating System (ex: VMWare, Parallels, VirtualBox, Remote Desktop (RDP))
Systems Configured to Boot Multiple Opeartings Systems such as:
- An Apple Computer With Bootcamp Running Windows
- An Apple Computer With Multiple Volumes of macOS
- A PC With Multiple Verisons of Windows
PC Operating System
Workplace supports the following PC Operating Systems:
- Windows 8.1 (Microsoft support will end on January 10, 2023)
- Windows 10: Microsoft has implemented 18-month service cycles for each version (Home and Pro editions equally)
- Version 1909 (Microsoft support will end on May 11, 2021)
- Version 2004 (Microsoft support will end on December 14, 2021)
- Version 20H2 (Microsoft support will end on May 10, 2022)
