This feature is only available for VDA Essentials, Venn Secure Enclave and Stronghold V2 companies.
The user list allows Company Managers to manage and easily add new users to Venn. Company Managers can view user information, such as Username, User type, Onboarding invitation status and Quick Actions, including revoking pending invitations.
Accessing the User Dashboard
- Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device.
- Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.
- Click Directory > Users.
User Management Page Overview
Company Managers can add a new user by clicking the Actions button and add users, and following the on-screen instructions. View Creating a New User Account for more information.
Additionally, the user list displays the following information:
- First and Last name of the user
- Email address of the user
- Username/User Principal Name (UPN) of the user
- Number of User Devices
- Links to the All Devices of Workplace
- Invitation Status
Status Name Description End-User Onboarding Screen
The user has not started the onboarding process
The user has verified identity by entering their username and a verification code send via SMS to their registered mobile phone number.
The user has created a password for their Workplace account.
Mobile device linked
The user has installed and signed in to the Workplace mobile app.
The user has installed Workplace on their computer, completed the Compliance scan and has launched Workplace for Desktop.
