Your company is using Venn to enable secure access to work applications and files for you and your team. 

This guide is designed to walk Windows PC users through the process of getting the application installed and configured on both their computer and, if required, their smartphone.

The onboarding process will confirm your identity and get you started downloading Venn on your computer and mobile device. Even if you don't want to access work apps on your phone, you may need still need it for onboarding and to configure two-factor authentication.

When you're finished, you'll be able to seamlessly access everything you need for work, including apps and files.

We are in the process of rebranding our software. You may see the product names Venn and Workplace used interchangeably in this document and throughout the applications.

Venn's flexible design helps companies deliver secure access in all kinds of environments. This guide is designed to help users with two different onboarding paths. Which best describes you?

 

NEW USER: Username & link	NEW USER: Username, password, & link	RETURNING USER: Existing account, new device
"I received a link and username. I need to create a password and download Venn for the computer and phone."	"I received a link but will use a username and password I already have. I need to login and download Venn for my computer."	"I already use Venn but need to install it on another machine."
Venn will manage your identity inside the application. You will mostly likely use multifactor authentication to sign in.	Your company uses another service for managing identity. This means you bring a username and password with you, and probably won't need to set up multifactor authentication with Venn.	You have a username and a password and have Venn installed on another machine.
