In the pursuit of keeping our customer's data secure and providing a consistent user experience across all the Workplace platforms, the functionality of Last email and Next appointment on the Workplace Web App is changing on May 17th, 2021.
To continue accessing email and calendar functionality, please select one of the following options:
- Access Local Outlook on your Computer
- Access Hosted Outlook on your Computer
- Access Outlook Online / Web Access on your Computer
Access Local Outlook on your Computer
- Install Microsoft Office on your computer.
- Setup your Exchange account in Microsoft Outlook.
Access Hosted Outlook on your Computer
This Feature May Not Be Enabled Based on Your Organization's Access Policy.
Some Organizations May Not Have the Ability to Launch or Access Hosted Applications. Please Contact Your Customer Success Manager or Workplace Provider for Further Details.
- Open Workplace Desktop or navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click on Hosted apps or Apps in the navigation sidebar.
- Locate and click on Outlook.
- Click Launch.
Access Outlook Online / Web Access on your Computer
This Feature May Not Be Enabled Based on Your Organization's Access Policy.
Organizations That Wish to Access This Feature Can Contact Their Customer Success Manager or Workplace Provider.
- Open Workplace Desktop or navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click on Websites in the navigation sidebar.
- Locate Outlook with Auto sign-in credentials in the list.
- Click Sign In....
