Support for Modern (Chromium-Based) Edge
- Edge extension will be loaded during Workplace install
- Edge extension will automatically install for Windows
- Mac users can now manually install the Workplace extension for Edge
- If Edge is your default browser, launching websites from Workplace works

Support for macOS Big Sur on Intel
- Workplace for Mac officially supported on macOS Big Sur
- Big Sur supported only on Intel processors, Apple Silicon (M1) is not supported
- Dynamic Access Control (DAC) checks will pass on Big Sur

Restrict Access to Workplace Files in Mobile Apps
- Option for company managers to disable Workplace Files access on Android/iOS apps
- If a user is configured to work hosted only and they attempt to access Workplace Files on mobile, instead of seeing the list of their files, the user will see a message asking them to, “Please use Workplace Files on your computer.”
- If a user has local file access, the default will be to allow read/write/edit on mobile as well.
- Additionally, read-only access on mobile (for hosted-only users) can be granted by company managers via portal setting

Sunset Support for Older Android and iOS Devices
- Android
- The minimum supported version of Android OS has increased to Android 5.0
- iOS
- Removed support for ARMv7 architecture, which included legacy support for pre-64-bit devices
- ARMv7 devices such as those older than iPhone 5S or iPad Air (model iPad4,1) can still run/install older versions of the Workplace app but will get no future updates
- Removed support for ARMv7 architecture, which included legacy support for pre-64-bit devices
