Don’t have workplace mac_? Get it now.
Whether you prefer using local apps or don’t always have an internet connection sufficient to run Citrix, working directly from your Mac may make you more productive.
Follow the steps below to get started:
- If it’s not running, start Workplace from the Dock or the Applications folder.
When it’s running, you can open the workplace mac_ app by clicking the underscore ( _ ) icon in the Apple Bar, or pressing [ Control ] + [ Spacebar ] on your keyboard at the same time.
- Click the workplace mac_ file icon in the top right next to email.
- Locate the file to edit and double-click to open and download to your computer.
The cloud icon indicates that the folder or file is only on the cloud. After downloading to your computer, it should become a green check icon.
- The file can now be edited with apps from your Mac, whether you’re connected to the internet or not.
- Save changes.
If connected to the internet, any change on a local file will auto-sync to the cloud. If not, your current version will sync when you are next connected online.
