Adding Files and Folders to the Launch page

The Workplace Launch page is a starting point for using Workplace.  The Launch page contains all of your most important starred websites, files, and folders. You can add, or star, your favorite files and folders to the Launch Page.

• Starring a File or Folder in Workplace for Windows and macOS

• Starring a File or Folder in Workplace for Android

Starring a File or Folder in Workplace for Windows and macOS

1. Open Workplace Desktop and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click in the Search field.
   
     
3. Search for the file or folder you would like to star.
4. Click the star icon next to the folder name or file name.    
   
5. The starred item will be listed on the Launch tab under the Starred files and folders section.

Starring a File or Folder in the Workplace for Browsers

1. Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
   You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device.
2. Click Filesicon-folder in the left side panel.
   
   
3. Navigate to the folder you wish to star.
4. Click the star icon next to the folder name or the file name.
   
   
5. The starred item will be listed on the launch page under the Starred files and folders section.

1. Open Workplace for iOS and sign in with valid credentials.
2. Tap Files at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the Search bar at the top of the screen and search for the file or folder you want to star.
4. Tap the Star icon.
5. The starred item will be listed under the Starred files and folders section of the Files tab.

1. Open Workplace for Android and sign in with valid credentials.
