In order to access the admin interface, your account needs company manager permissions.
Here are some ways an employee may have trouble accessing their account and how you can help:
User has too many invalid password attempts
An account will be locked after 7 incorrect password attempts. You can unlock an account, and then have the employee reset their password (depending on their permissions, see below).
User forgot their password
User can reset password: If your company allows users to reset passwords via their phone or email, ask the employee to reset their password.
User can’t reset password: If your company does not allow users to reset passwords, you will need to reset the password for them. Consider enabling 'forgot password' for an account, or for your company.
