In order to access the admin interface, your account needs company manager permissions.
Here are some ways an employee may have trouble accessing their account, and how you can help:
User has too many invalid password attempts
An account will be locked after seven incorrect password attempts. You can unlock an account, and then have the employee reset their password (depending on their permissions, see below).
User forgot their password
User can reset password: If your company allows users to reset passwords via their phone or email, ask the employee to reset their password.
User can’t reset password: If your company does not allow users to reset passwords, you will need to reset the password for them. Consider enabling 'forgot password' for an account, or for your company.
