The Workplace Web App enables users to edit Office documents in the cloud.

Editing an Office Document with a Hosted Office Application
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Files
. - Navigate to the folder in question.
- Select an Office file (.docx, etc.) you want to edit.
- Click Edit in the action bar.
- Click Edit in hosted Excel (Citrix)... (or Word, or Powerpoint, depending on file type) to open your file in the appropriate hosted (Citrix) Office application.
- Edit your file in the hosted Office application.
- Click Save when finished.
Editing an Office Document with Office Online
Editing an Office Document with Office Online requires an Office 365 Subscription.

Editing an Office Document with Office Online is not available in Classic Webtop.
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.

. - Navigate to the folder in question.
- Select an Office file (.docx, etc.) you want to edit.
- Click Edit in the action bar.
- Click Edit in Excel Online... (or Word, or Powerpoint, depending on file type) to open your file in the appropriate Office Online editor in your browser.
If Office 365 is not linked to your Workplace organization and is provided by another provider, you will be prompted to sign in to an Office 365 account.
- Edit your file in Office Online in your browser.
Changes are auto-saved as you edit. - Click Save & go back or click the back button on your browser when finished.
Editing an Office 2003 (or earlier) Document in Office Online
When Editing a Legacy Office File, the Workplace Web App Will Prompt You to Convert the File before Editing It.
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Files
. - Navigate to the folder in question.
- Select an Office file (.docx, etc.) you want to edit.
- Click Edit in the action bar.
- Click Convert to edit in Excel Online (or Word, or Powerpoint, depending on file type) to open your file in the appropriate Office Online editor in your browser.
- Click Convert and edit...
- Workplace will:
- Convert your file to a modern Office file (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx)
- Archive the legacy file. Workplace will add .archived to the end of the filename and disables most functions to prevent accidental editing of old files.
- Edit your file in Office Online in your browser.
Changes are auto-saved as you edit. - Click Save & go back or click the back button on your browser when finished.
