Accessing the Profile Page
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click the Account menu and select Profile and settings.
Add a Backup Email
- Click Change email in the recovery info section of the profile page.
- Enter a recovery email address.
- Click Continue.
- Click Done.
Workplace will send a confirmation email to your recovery email address. - Click Verify email account in the confirmation email.
Add a Recovery Phone Number
You must have backup information saved to your account in order to reset your password.
- Click Change phone in the recovery info section of the profile page.
- Enter a recovery mobile phone number.
- Click Verify Number.
Workplace will send a verification code to your recovery phone number. - Enter the verification code and click Verify code.
Workplace will send a confirmation email to your recovery email address. - Click Done.
