Reverting or Recovering a File in the Workplace Web App Is Only Supported on the Modern Workplace Filesystem.

When collaborating with coworkers and guest users, you may have questions about a file if it had been modified, moved, or deleted. You can view the history of a file to view the evolution of the file.

View File History
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Files
. - Navigate to the folder in question.
- Click on the file in question.
- Click View history...
Revert a Previous Version of a File
- Scroll through the history and locate the version you want to restore.
- Click Revert to version.
- Click Revert.
Recover a Deleted File
- Scroll through the history and locate the version you want to recover.
- Click Recover.
If a file with the same file name already exists, you will be asked if you want to overwrite the existing file.
Classic File System
Reverting or Recovering a File in the Classic Workplace Filesystem is Only Supported in the Hosted (Citrix) File Manager.
To revert or recover a file or folder on the classic Workplace filesystem:
- Navigate to login.os33.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign in by completing the multifactor authentication on your mobile device. - Click on Hosted apps.
- Launch File Manager or File Explorer.
- Navigate to the folder or file in question.
- Right-click on the folder or file and select Restore previous versions.
- Select the version of the folder or file you want and click Restore.
- Click Restore to confirm the restore.
