Trouble accessing the workplace web app_? Reset your password now or follow the steps below.
If you forgot your password, reset it to regain access to your account. This will sign you out of all workplace_ browser sessions and your email programs. Mobile apps will stay connected.
- Sign in to workplace web app_ .
- Click on Get help… in the lower left.
- In the pop-up window, click [ Reset it ].
- Type your work email & the mobile number you chose during on-boarding.
No mobile number associated with your account? Contact support or your manager to add one.
- Enter the code that was texted to your mobile on the website and [ Send code ].
- Create a new password.
- [ Sign in ] with your new password.
