In order to access the admin interface, your account needs company manager permissions.
An account will be locked after 7 incorrect password attempts. As a company manager, you can unlock an employee’s account from the User section to get them back to work:
From Classic Webtop:
- Sign in to Workplace.
- Go to the Administration page.
- Click the username you’d like to manage.
- Click Security options.
- Under Account locked due to too many invalid attempts, click on Click to Unlock.
