You’ll need to provide a new employee with their credentials so they can sign in and set up their account. What you’re looking for is their work email and first-time password.
From Classic Webtop:
- Sign in to workplace_.
- Go to the Administration page.
- Find the user you’re looking for, don’t click on them yet.
- Select and copy the first-time password from the user’s row under Password.
The first time password will expire and the employee will have to create a new password during onboarding. The password will then be hidden from the account page in the admin section.
