If you disabled an account, here’s how to re-enable it.
From Classic Webtop:
- Sign in to Workplace.
- Go to the Administration page.
- Click the username you’d like to enable.
- Select Security options on the left.
- Click Edit.
- Find Account disabled and clear the box next to it.
- Find Login disabled and clear the box next to it.
- Click Save changes at the bottom.
That’s it! Any email sent to the account while disabled can be found in the inbox.
